I'm the CTO of Skiff Technologies, where I lead engineering for clients ranging from US-based startups to established businesses building serious products. What sets my work apart is that I never stopped being an engineer. I still design the architecture, make the hard technical calls, and ship the systems — not just manage the people who do.

My path here was deliberate. After graduating in Computer Science from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, I spent years as a software and senior engineer before stepping into the CTO role. That progression means I lead from experience, not from a slide deck. I know what breaks in production, why projects overrun, and how to design systems that hold up when real users show up.
